These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between joinph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the joinph online gaming platform available at joinph.app and its associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and related services.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using any feature of the joinph platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing joinph on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you personally and that person or entity.

Access to and use of the joinph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use joinph. This requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. joinph reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify your age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time you access and use the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of joinph is legal in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use joinph.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by joinph or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on joinph. Persons who already hold an active joinph account are not eligible to register an additional account.

To access the full features of the joinph platform, you must complete the registration process and create a joinph account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. joinph reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if any information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

joinph operates a strict one account per player policy. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. joinph may, at its sole discretion, close all accounts associated with a player found to have multiple accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are responsible for ensuring that your joinph account details, including your registered email address and mobile number, remain current and accurate. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in your inability to receive important account notifications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joinph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your joinph account.

joinph will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from joinph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify joinph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. joinph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account prior to your notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you can demonstrate to our reasonable satisfaction that the activity was conducted without your knowledge or consent.

joinph recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and enable two-factor authentication where available. You should also log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

joinph supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods, which are available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.

All transactions on joinph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change at joinph's discretion with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. joinph may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirement and is not optional.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in your account dashboard, subject to verification requirements.
• joinph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Funds deposited into your joinph account may only be used for gaming on the platform. joinph does not pay interest on account balances.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

joinph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PHP and may only be used on the joinph platform.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotional terms.
• joinph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to your account.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or the use of automated software — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in account termination.
• joinph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

All games available on the joinph platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The outcomes of all games are determined independently and cannot be influenced by joinph or by any player.

Each game on the joinph platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, joinph's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. joinph's decision in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available within the game information panel. joinph does not modify RTP settings for individual players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joinph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to joinph immediately; failure to do so and/or exploiting the vulnerability for gain will result in account termination.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the joinph platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing joinph staff or other players through any communication channel.

joinph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible at any time from your account settings.

If you believe that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek support from qualified organizations. Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, joinph will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account for the duration of the exclusion period. You must not attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account.

All content on the joinph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of joinph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the joinph platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without joinph's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of joinph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joinph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

joinph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your joinph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

joinph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable endeavors to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

joinph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if joinph reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination of your account for cause, joinph may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, joinph will return any verified balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your joinph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The joinph platform operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account transactions, you must first submit a formal complaint to joinph's support team. joinph will investigate and respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not satisfied with joinph's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.

joinph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, joinph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the joinph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
